About Pricing
The sizes of the Rooms vary quite a bit, but the averages are:

  • Individual room prices range from $1100 - $1800 per month.
  • Single 13ft x 19ft (247sq ft.) | Double 33ft x 19ft (627sq ft.)
  • A security deposit of one months room rent is required
  • Additional charge for a second person:
  • In a Studio: $511, In a Two-room: $588

All prices include room services of:

  • 3 balanced meals a day
  • Weekly linens and cleaning service
  • All utilities and maintenance

Meal Plans
Three nutritious meals served per day with three free meal tickets per month. Meals served restaurant style dining with a variety of menu choices which include, but are not limited to, all of the following:

  • Banana bread
  • Eggs
  • Bacon and sausage
  • Fresh fruit and vegetables
  • Scalloped turkey casserole
  • Cream of mushroom soup
