Held September, February, and June on the 1st Tuesday.

FRIENDS MEETINGS ACCOMPLISH THE FOLLOWING:


1. Welcome attendees, new FRIENDS members, and new Barb City Manor residents.
2. Facilitate any programs or presentations offered at the meeting.
3. Approval of minutes for the next meeting.
4. Treasurer reports prior fiscal season outcomes.
5. Inform members on activities or accomplishments of each committee.
6. Promote projects to raise funds.
7. Receive information from the Administration.
8. Adjourn for social hour and refreshments.
