MONTHLY ACCOMMODATION AND PRICING (Effective 7/01/08)

 

All prices include room services of:

         3 balanced meals a day

         Weekly linens and cleaning service

         All utilities and maintenance

Individual room prices range from $1100 - $1800 per month.

The sizes of the Rooms vary quite a bit, but the averages are:
Single 13ft x 19ft (247sq ft.) | Double 33ft x 19ft (627sq ft.)

A security deposit of one months room rent is required

Additional charge for a second person: In a Studio: $487, In a Two-room: $560
